Terry D Justice II, having completed his bachelor’s degree in Accounting in May 2017 at Columbus State University, worked for the firm under Michelle’s tutelage.
Over the years leading up to Terry’s eventual ascension into leadership, Michelle’s firm garnered a reputation for reliability and excellence within the accounting realm, thanks to both Michelle and Terry’s dedication and expertise. Terry’s integration into the firm was seamless, with his natural analytical talents to quickly become an indispensable asset.

2020
Amidst the firm’s success, tragedy struck as Michelle’s husband, Terry D Justice, Sr, (and Terry’s father) suddenly passed away, necessitating Terry to assume operational responsibilities while Michelle tended to her husband’s estate. Despite the challenging circumstances, Terry’s resilience and dedication shone through as he stepped up to ensure the firm continued to thrive during this difficult period. Through their resilience and mutual support, Michelle and Terry navigated adversity, strengthening both their bond and the firm’s resolve to uphold its commitment to excellence.
2021
Following Terry Justice Sr’s passing, Michelle’s health was profoundly impacted as she grappled with the emotional toll of loss while managing the complexities of settling his estate; they were married for 42 years. Recognizing the need to prioritize her well-being, Michelle made the difficult decision after a heartfelt conversation with her son to transfer ownership of the business to Terry Justice II. Despite this transition, Michelle’s legacy of excellence lives on through Terry’s leadership, ensuring the firm continues to uphold its commitment to integrity and professionalism in every endeavor.
2024 and beyond
